Do guests need to pay to play?

No. Lucky Claw Events is booked and paid for by the event host, so guests play complimentary throughout the event.

How does the prize system work?

Guests play the claw machine to win a colour-coded Lucky Ball. The ball is then redeemed with our attendant for the corresponding prize tier.

Is an attendant included?

Yes. Every package includes one on-site attendant for up to five hours of guest play. The attendant manages the lineup, Lucky Ball redemption and prize distribution.

What happens to prizes that are not won?

What areas do you service?

Any unused prizes included with your package remain yours. They can be distributed to guests at the end of the event, or for you to take home.

We service weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across the Greater Toronto Area. Additional travel charges may apply outside our regular service area.
